WITHDRAWAL POLICY

Zurich prime is committed to the highest standards of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance and requires management and employees to adhere to these
standards to prevent use of our products and services for money laundering purposes.
In compliance with anti-money laundering regulations, ZurichPrime is allowed to transfer funds only to an account under your name, and may require additional
information or documentation prior to releasing funds from your account.

Before applying for a withdrawal request, please make sure that your account is fully verified.
If your account is not verified yet, please send us all the required verification documents as soon as possible to the following email address: compliance@zurichprime.com
Zurich Prime reserves the right to request you provide additional proof of identity to assist with our Anti Money Laundering policy before processing your withdrawal,
including but not limited to: passport number, driver’s license, photocopy of a valid identity document, utility bill or recent bank or credit card statement.

 

Withdrawal by Credit Card:
All funds deposited by a credit card may be withdrawn to the same card only.
The maximum withdrawal amount to a credit card cannot exceed the actual deposited amount.
Any additional funds can be withdrawn only via wire transfer.

Withdrawal by Wire Transfer:
Wire transfer withdrawal can be done for profit purposes only or for accounts which were funded using a wire transfer method.
Please be advised that profits will be transferred via wire transfer only when the amount exceeds $100 USD.

Note: Wire transfers often make their way between several banks in several countries, therefore the withdrawal may take slightly longer as foreign financial
institutions usually require a few working days to remit funds around the world.
Receiving Funds:

Once processed, for any withdrawal via wire transfer or credit card, please allow up to 7-10 business days for the funds to reach your account.
However, it can take up to 30 business days for the refund to show on your account statement.
Please be advised that there is a minimum withdraw amount of $100 USD.

 

 

Payout Request / Cancellation Policy:
To make a withdrawal from a trading account to your bank card, a correspondent request must be submitted via the Cashier.
Should you wish to cancel your withdrawal request, you can do so by updating the status in the cashier section or by sending us an email: support@zurichprime.com
Cancellations over the phone will not be accepted.
